• Spiritual Guidance / Faith Based Component 
   

Research has shown that positive relationships between youth and positive role models have a direct and measurable impact on the lives of our youth.

 

Our mentors are known for using interactive techniques to communicate and empower youth. The techniques are designed to raise awareness, motivate, train and create confidence, ultimately reducing engagement in risky behaviors.

 

The organization has a success rate of over ninety percent (90%) in preventing students from dropping out of school, a 95% student program completion rate and less than five percent (5%) recidivism rate. Thus this organization has made a significant impact on crime in our community.

 

YCI, has the capabilities and capacity to lead, partner and assist other organizations in an effort to stabilize the community.
